Deer biologists - electric deer fence help needed

Original fence was two strands at 18" and 38" for horses. It worked for 4 months. The deer found the crops so&#;.

After the first night&#;

I made a 3D deer fence with an outside fence 3' away from the inner fence. Outside electric fence is 36" off the ground. Inside fence has wires at 24" and 42". It seemed to work all over the US and Canada&#; not for these deer. It failed for me.

The next day Installed 8' t posts and raised the inside wires to 24" and 48" and added another wire at 70" to be in line with a Clemson University paper. This also failed.

I have cell cameras in the garden now where I can at least be alerted within 15 mins that something is in the garden. The fence is electric outputting 5,000 volts on all wires and there are peanut butter bait caps on it as well. This failed.

Somehow, I guess the f-in deer are apparently the only ones in the entire world tbat have the athletic ability to negotiate a jump that requires clearing over 3' width and 6' in height. Every paper I read says they do not have this ability to do that due to depth perception physiological deficiencies. This is a lie.

At this point, being 4 nights in, I am adding incremental changes which is only adding to the learning and confidence that they can defeat the fence.

What on Gods planet do I need to do to keep them OUT? do I need a 10' high fence? I really don't want to add a permanent fence here. 30,000 years of human evolution and a 6 years in graduate level science has left me completely unable to reason out how they are beating this fence.

I'm at a complete loss here.

Here is one variation I've tried and modified since it didn't work the first time.

There are several schematics and they all work about the same. At this point I've tried them all and am just modifying the premise each time.

After finally getting a full acre of pests under control in my garden, I now have a new problem. Deer. In four nights I have lost 95% of my Cole crops and 50% of my late planted squash. I have researched until I'm blue in the face and read all of the fancy schmancy papers and docs about 2D and 3D deer fencing.Original fence was two strands at 18" and 38" for horses.
