Gravel pump is a cantilever and centrifugal pump. It adopts a single pump shell structure connected by a cassette, which has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high reliability.The pump has reasonable structure, ample flow channels, reliable operation, large flow rate and long service lift. It is especially suitable for the continuous transportation of highly abrasive materials whose particles are too large to be transported by ordinary slurry pumps.

Gravel pump mainly used for river sand mining dredgers, river dredging dredgers, and transportation of large particle slurries commonly used in processes such as mineral processing, coal washing, and metal smelting slag blasting.

1, Confirm the right pump model according the application site

A, Pump head H: The head is the total pressure required for the gravel to pop out of the outlet, represented by H. The total head is the combination of the resistance of the slurry in the pipeline and the vertical drop.

B, Pump capacity: the speed of slurry flowing in the pipe. (m3/h)

C, Concentration: the proportion of sand in the slurry delivered by the gravel pump. (kg/m3)

D, Pipe length: The length of the pipe transporting the slurry is represented by L. The longer the pipe, the greater the pressure and the head of the gravel pump required;
