Steel Spiral Staircases Price

Our steel spiral staircases will require a finished opening which is 4″ – 6″ larger than the diameter of the stair.

Base prices only include the basic framework with up to 10 particle board tread inserts (intended to be covered with your carpet) and pine section handrail. 10 steps and 11 rises will go up to approximately 8 ½ ft. from floor to floor.

All stairs are standard black paint. Other colors available. Call for pricing. NO EXTRAS are included and must be added.

Additional Steps – Add a minimum of $150.00 per extra step (stairs over 8 ½ feet tall) for up to 5′ diameter stair. This extra step cost will increase as your stairs become larger or more decorative.
