Logo envelopes are pre-assembled envelopes that can be printed with a logo or design on the front surface. Custom envelopes offer the potential for more creativity and color, as you can print colors or designs on both the inside and outside of an envelope. Logo envelopes are printed digitally, while custom envelopes are printed offset. Digital printing is considered a faster method of printing, as envelopes are pre-assembled before the design is applied. Offset printing takes longer as the processes is more rigorous, yet the color vibrancy is worth the wait.
Our standard #10 envelopes start at just $9.60 for 25 logo envelopes. If you are looking for special occasion envelopes, such as custom full-color A7 envelopes for wedding invitations, they start at just $63.56 for 100 envelopes. Our envelopes are printed on a premium 70 lb. opaque smooth white paper. This bright white stock is uncoated and smooth, so you can easily write on your envelopes. All of our non-window envelopes are also compatible with both laser and inkjet printers.
Please submit your envelope design in one of the following formats: TIF, TIFF, EPS, AI, PSD, BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG, or PDF. PSD, PDF, and AI files should be in CMYK mode to ensure accurate color output. File resolution should be a minimum of 350 dpi. Our maximum file upload size is 75 megabytes.
Our custom envelopes are printed flat with full bleed, then cut down to the correct size, converted, and glued. This allows you to print custom envelopes with full-color flaps and panels or incorporate an allover background or image into your envelope design. By including a bleed of 0.125” in your file, you can ensure that your background color or image will extend all the way to the edge of the envelope. Please start with our downloadable envelope templates for best results, and remember to keep all essential elements (logo, return address, copy, etc.) within the safety zone.
Our online design tool can help you design a completely custom envelope without needing a graphic designer or expensive software. We offer a variety of fun, colorful templates (both solid and patterned), so you can find the one that’s just right for your mailing. Each envelope template is fully editable and can be personalized with your company logo, return address, images, and any text you wish to include.
Please allow 4 to 6 business days for your envelope order to be printed. The production time begins a day after you have approved your proof and your payment is processed. If your proof is approved and payment is processed by 9AM PT/ 11AM CT/ 12 PM ET, then the production time begins that day.
