How to deal with common faults of electroplating filter pumps?
1. If the filtration is not clean, it is more likely that the sealing of the filter material is poor. If it is a locking screw type, check whether the nut position is locked tightly. If it is a pressure plate type, check whether the spring gasket is missing and whether the center column nut is locked tightly.

2. There is no plating solution flowing out of the outlet and the pressure gauge value is high. After ruling out whether the pump is abnormal, check whether each valve is in the working position.

3. The water output is small and the pressure gauge value is high. Let's first check whether the motor wiring is normal, and then check whether the filter material is clean. If it still remains the same after cleaning, replace it with a new filter material.

4. The pressure gauge has no value, and there is no liquid flowing out of the outlet. It is necessary to check whether the pump is blocked (pump fault check), whether there is air in the outlet pipeline, and whether the ball valve is in an open state.

5. There is gas mixing out of the outlet, and it is necessary to check whether the pneumatic mixing outlet pipeline is close to the pump inlet pipeline and whether there is any looseness (gap) in the inlet pipeline.
