Cell Culture: Select an appropriate cell line, such as a cell strain or primary cells, and culture them according to experimental requirements. The cells should be in a healthy state and at the appropriate growth phase.
Preparation of Test Solutions: Prepare the appropriate culture medium and dilute the solution from the test sample into the culture medium to reach the required concentration range for testing.
Cell Seeding: Inoculate the pre-cultured cell suspension into the culture medium containing the test sample at a specified density, ensuring that the cells are in full contact with the test sample.
Culture Conditions: Place the target sample in an incubator with controlled temperature and humidity, and culture according to the requirements of the cell line.
Assessment of Cell Viability: After a certain culture period, use cell viability assays, such as the MTT assay or CCK-8 assay, to evaluate cell survival rates. Compare the cell survival rates of the test sample group with those of the control group to determine if the test sample has toxic effects on the cells.
Data Analysis: Perform statistical analysis on the test results and determine the cytotoxicity of the test sample based on experimental requirements and standards.
