Hard oxidation processing is a processing technique often used in industry, but do you know what measures should be taken to prevent failure in hard oxidation? This article will introduce you.
1. The materials used for mounting and hanging fixtures must ensure good electrical conductivity. Generally, hard aluminum alloy bars should be selected, and the plates should have a certain degree of flexibility and strength.
2. Traction hook should be selected from copper or copper alloy material. If the special or general fixture is used again during the anodizing process, the oxide film on its surface must be thoroughly removed to ensure good contact.
3. The jig should not only ensure sufficient conductive contact area, but also minimize the traces of the jig. If the contact surface is too small, it will lead to ablation and corrosion of the anodized parts.
4. The temperature of the sulfuric acid anodizing solution must be strictly controlled, and the suitable temperature range is 15~25℃.
5. During sulfuric acid anodizing, compressed air should be used for stirring and equipped with cooling device.
6. For different aluminum alloys, such as casting, calendering, machining or heat treatment welding, appropriate pretreatment methods should be selected according to the actual situation.
7. Aluminum alloy, bare aluminum and pure aluminum parts of different materials or aluminum and aluminum alloy parts of different sizes and specifications should not be oxidized in the same tank.
8. For lapped, spot-welded or riveted aluminum alloy components, and for aluminum alloy parts that are prone to forming air pockets during the anodizing process and are difficult to exclude, the sulfuric acid anodizing process is generally not allowed.
