Its principle is to use an acid and alkali resistant chemical centrifugal pump to transport strong acid and alkali solution into a filtering barrel, achieving physical solid-liquid separation to purify the acid and alkali solution and filter out impurities.

To ensure the normal use of the electroplating filter pump, Hebei Ruisite reminds you to make the following preparations before starting up:
① Ensure that the pipeline is installed normally without blockages, all connections are tightly connected, and all ball valves are in the corresponding switch positions.
② Install a bottom valve at the inlet (filter screen can be installed for pumps below the liquid level), and fill the pump with solution to prevent dry burning and damage to the pump.
③ Check the forward and reverse rotation of the motor after it is powered on (clockwise rotation is a normal phenomenon).
④ Empty the air inside the filter barrel through the exhaust valve (run the electroplating filter pump to open the exhaust valve until the air is completely discharged, close the exhaust valve, and open the outlet ball valve).
⑤ Check if there is any leakage in the pipeline.
