Color zinc passivation, can improve the smoothness of the hot-dip galvanized layer, improve the corrosion resistance of goods, not easy to flower, not easy to fade, and in the hot-dip galvanized parts of the color feel more vivid. Gray-black passivation refers to the production of a layer of gray-black original film produced on the surface of the finished product, the appearance of goods look more imposing.

 

Perhaps this plating additive is too high for the actual operation. The temperature, concentration value and PH of the aqueous solution are all harmful to the actual effect of the plating process, and must be adjusted frequently during operation and strictly enforce safety procedures. There are two main categories of preservatives in electroplating plants, one is organic chemical preservatives (e.g. coumarin for nickel plating) and the other is inorganic preservatives (e.g. cadmium salt for barrel plating).

 

Most of the plating additives used are inorganic salts, which later gradually dominate the plating additives. According to the classification of the role of plating additives, they can be classified as leveling agents, brightening agents, wetting agents, stress relievers, etc. Preservatives with different roles usually have different structural characteristics and efficacy principles, but smart preservatives are also common, for example, saccharin can be used as a nickel plating brightener or as a general agent for stress relief; and preservatives with different roles follow the same efficacy principles.
