So I will take my chances, but I dont think I will be able to bend it even with bolt on teeth.

Teeth and adapters are almost always cast product that is hardened and more wear resistant than carbon steel.
The size of the adapter coincides with the tooth size. The size is based on the thickness of the frog or base edge. Most adapters are weld on but we have a selection of bolt on adapters available. Excavator teeth, Loader teeth high quality and the right price!
